Senior Vice President and Controller

Cam Reese joined EIF in 1994 and is responsible for maintaining the systems of financial control and reporting for all EIF entities.  This includes developing and implementing financial policies in the areas of accounting/reporting, tax, treasury, and budgeting.  She is also responsible for the coordination of all audit and tax work performed by EIF’s “Big Four” accounting firms, as well as the timely delivery of audited financial statements, tax returns, and quarterly reports to EIF’s investors.  Ms. Reese is a key liaison to the marketing group, providing financial support for EIF’s due diligence materials, and works closely with both the investment and asset management groups.  Ms. Reese has over 20 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.

Before joining EIF, Ms. Reese worked as interim Controller for a large real estate firm in Boston.  Prior to this, she worked at Coopers & Lybrand.  Ms. Reese received a B.A. from Suffolk University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
