Senior Vice President

Mark W. Voccola joined the Firm in 2001 and is responsible for originating, analyzing, structuring, and closing new fund investments, as well as ongoing portfolio company management.  Mr. Voccola has 13 years of relevant industry experience.

Prior to joining EIF, Mr. Voccola worked for investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the Global Debt Origination area, where he worked with U.S. power and electric utility clients.  In that capacity, Mr. Voccola worked on numerous project finance, private equity, and fixed income transactions.  Mr. Voccola began his career as an associate at the New York Life Insurance Company, where he worked in the company’s broker dealer business.  He received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration.
